An incall booking in Mykonos means you go to the companion rather than her coming to you. On this island that is a materially different proposition from the same arrangement in Athens, because transport is the hardest part of any Mykonos booking and incall removes most of it. This page explains when it is the better option, what to expect, and what it costs.
What incall means here
She hosts. You travel to an address she gives you, at an agreed time, for an agreed length of time.
That is the reverse of the usual arrangement — most bookings anywhere are outcall, with the companion travelling to your hotel or villa. Our main Mykonos page covers how island bookings work generally; this one is specifically about going to her.
Not every companion offers it, and on Mykonos fewer offer it than in Athens. Accommodation on the island is expensive and often shared for the season, so hosting is simply not possible for everybody. Ask and we will tell you honestly who does.
Why incall is often the better choice on this island
In Athens, incall is a small saving and a convenience. In Mykonos it solves the single biggest problem with booking here.
The island has famously few taxis for the volume it takes in summer. Waiting an hour is normal in August and not getting one at all is common. Buses stop earlier than visitors expect. A companion travelling to you is subject to exactly the same constraints you are, which is why outcall arrival windows on Mykonos are wider and less precise than anywhere in Athens.
Incall removes that from her side entirely. She is already there. If you have a car, a scooter or an ATV — and most visitors here rent one — you control the timing rather than hoping the island cooperates.
The practical result is that incall bookings on Mykonos start closer to on time than outcall ones do, and that alone makes them worth asking about.
What it costs
Incall is usually somewhat cheaper than the same booking outcall, for two straightforward reasons: there is no travel supplement, and she is not losing an hour or more of her evening to island roads.
Mykonos rates in season still run above the Athens range of €150 to €250 an hour. That is the island rather than opportunism — accommodation costs a multiple of the mainland, the season is roughly fourteen weeks, and every cost is compressed into that window.
Exact figures are on each companion’s profile. You are quoted one total before you agree to anything, and payment is cash in euros at the start. No deposit, no transfer, no card — on the island exactly as on the mainland.
Longer bookings are better value per hour here even more than in Athens, because the fixed cost of arranging anything on this island is high relative to the hour itself.
Where incall addresses actually are
Mostly in and around Mykonos Town, Ornos, Drafaki and the roads between them, because that is where seasonal accommodation is concentrated.
If the address is inside Chora, expect a meeting point rather than a door number. The old town is pedestrian by design, the lanes are unsignposted, and navigation apps are close to useless inside them. A named bar, a square or a hotel on the edge of the old town works far better than an address, and that is what we will usually arrange.
Outside Chora, addresses are often on unnamed tracks with no numbers. A dropped map pin is worth more than any written address and we will ask for or provide one.
Getting there
Sort your transport before you book, not after. It is the one thing that decides whether this works.
If you have a rented car, quad or scooter, incall is straightforward and you set the timing. If you are relying on taxis, factor in a real wait in July and August and consider whether outcall is actually simpler for you despite its own delays.
Parking in and around Chora is genuinely difficult in season. If the address is near the old town, expect to park further out and walk the last stretch.
Do not drink and then drive an ATV across the island. Every summer this island produces a stream of avoidable injuries from exactly that, and a booking is not worth it.
What to expect on arrival
You arrive at the agreed time, not early and not significantly late. On an island where everything runs on tight seasonal scheduling, being twenty minutes out matters more than it does in a city.
Have the cash ready in euros. ATMs in Chora run dry in August with some regularity, so draw money earlier in the day rather than on the way.
The usual ten minutes of conversation at the start applies here as anywhere. It is the most underrated part of any booking and going straight to the point is the single thing most likely to make an hour feel mechanical.
Discretion, which is different on a small island
Mykonos is physically small and socially smaller. In August the same few hundred people rotate through the same beach clubs, restaurants and bars, and a surprising number of them know each other.
Incall is generally the more discreet of the two arrangements. Nobody sees anybody arrive at your hotel or villa, there is no question of other guests noticing, and you are simply another person walking through a residential street.
We keep no client records — no database, no booking history, no note of who met whom. There is no card transaction and therefore no statement line. The office does not discuss clients with anybody.
Book ahead, more than you think
Incall availability on Mykonos is narrower than outcall, because it depends on where a companion is staying rather than just whether she is free.
Two days is realistic in peak season. A week is comfortable if a particular companion matters. Same-day incall occasionally works in June or September and rarely works in August.
If you already know your dates, ask when you book your accommodation rather than when you land. It costs nothing and it is the difference between a choice and whatever is left.
The season
May and early June. Availability good, rates closer to Athens levels, transport still easy. The best value window of the year.
Late June to July. Busy. Book a day or two ahead.
August. Peak and a different market entirely. Book days ahead, expect genuine unavailability on weekends, and expect the island’s transport to be at its worst.
September. Frequently the best month for this. Fully open, crowds thinning, transport usable again, availability improved.
October to April. The island largely closes. Incall is rarely possible at all.
When outcall is the better answer
We would rather say this than sell you the wrong booking.
If you have no transport, if you are staying somewhere remote, if you have been drinking, or if you simply want the evening to happen where you are already comfortable — book outcall and accept the wider arrival window. It is the right call and it is what most Mykonos bookings are.
Incall suits people with their own transport who are staying in or near Chora and who value the timing being predictable. If that is not you, say so on the phone and we will point you the other way.
How to book
Call, WhatsApp or Viber — the same office and the same number as Athens, answered from late morning until around six the following morning, seven days a week, in Greek and English.
Say you want incall at the start of the call. Give the dates, the time, roughly how long, and whether you have transport. You will be told honestly who hosts, roughly where, and what the total is before you commit.
If nobody is available for incall on your dates, you will be told that rather than kept on the hook.
The four things that go wrong
The same four as anywhere, with the island twist on the first.
The advance deposit. Especially common for island bookings, because “high season, secure your slot” sounds plausible. It is a scam without exception, at any time of year.
Photographs that are not the person. Ask when they were taken and by whom.
The price that grows. One total, agreed beforehand.
The seasonal listing with nobody behind it. Mykonos attracts numbers that exist for ten weeks and then vanish. A listing with no organisation behind it and no reason to protect a reputation into next season behaves accordingly.
Safety
Be reachable — island phone coverage is patchy in parts of the interior and a companion who cannot reach you cannot let you in.
Arrive at the time agreed. Have the cash ready. Do not drink so much across a long island day that the evening becomes difficult to conduct.
Treat a boundary as final the first time it is stated. Boundaries belong to the companion, in the moment, whatever was agreed with the office — and that applies identically in her home as in your hotel.

Set out plainly, because on this island the choice matters more than it does anywhere else.
